By accessing or using AIEASE, you agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as any updates or changes. AIEASE reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant updates will be communicated via email or through the Service, and continued use constitutes acceptance of these changes.

2. User Rights and Image Usage

AIEASE provides a suite of AI-driven image editing tools. All generated images are licensed for commercial use.

3. Content Responsibility and Guidelines

3.1 User Responsibility for Content

When generating content involving the following domains, User must conduct manual legal compliance review:

– Biometric data (e.g., facial features, voiceprints)

– Geographical indications (e.g., Dunhuang murals, Jingdezhen ceramics)

– Well-known virtual characters (e.g., Sun Wukong, Nezha)

AIEASE provides third-party compliance tool integration but assumes no liability for review outcomes.

You are solely responsible for any content you create, upload, or share through AIEASE. AIEASE does not bear responsibility for content at any stage, including editing, uploading, and sharing. The Service is not a storage solution, so please back up any content you consider important. AIEASE is not liable for any loss or damage to user content.Upon receipt of valid infringement notices, AIEASE shall take necessary measures in accordance with the Regulation on the Protection of the Right to Network Dissemination of Information.

3.2 Prohibited Content

Users must not upload or share content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, abusive, obscene, threatening, harassing, defamatory, or privacy-invasive.
• Contains confidential or proprietary information unless authorized.
• Infringes on intellectual property rights without permission.
• Spreads malicious rumors, misinformation, or false news.
• Contains viruses or harmful code.
• Includes unauthorized advertising or spam-like content.

3.3 AIGC (AI-Generated Content) Specific Guidelines

When using AI tools, users must avoid:

• Creating illegal or harmful content.
• Generating misleading information or depictions of public figures without context.
• Violating any local laws or regulations.
• Sharing personally identifiable information without consent.
• Harassing, defaming, or targeting individuals or groups.
• Creating sexually explicit or inappropriate material.

AIEASE reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these content guidelines.

3.4 Content Ownership

User acknowledges that content solely generated by AI systems (without substantive human editing or creative selection) does not constitute “works” under the Copyright Law of the People’s Republic of China. Rights allocation shall follow:
(a) Base Content: AIEASE grants User a worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable usage license;
(b) Derivative Works: User shall obtain full copyright ownership if modifications to AI-generated content (including but not limited to layer recomposition, element addition, style fusion) meet originality thresholds under Copyright Law.Users retain ownership of the content they create, AIEASE does not claim copyright over AI-generated content. User grants AIEASE a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license for service operation and technological improvement. This may change with the evolution of copyright laws.

User warrants that input prompts and training data do not infringe third-party IP rights. If AI-generated content triggers infringement claims, User shall take down disputed content within 24 hours upon notice, otherwise AIEASE reserves right to remove directly.

3.5 Intellectual Property Compliance

Users warrant that content shared on AIEASE is either their own or properly authorized. Unauthorized distribution of copyrighted material is prohibited and may lead to penalties.

4. Account Registration and Security

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts. Do not share your password or account information with others. AIEASE will not be responsible for losses or damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

5. User Conduct

AIEASE users agree to use the Service responsibly, without engaging in behavior that disrupts the experience for others. Users should not attempt to hack, overload, or otherwise interfere with the functionality of AIEASE or its services.

6. Privacy

AIEASE values user privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle personal data and user information.

7. Third-Party Links and Content

AIEASE may contain links to third-party websites or content. AIEASE is not responsible for the content or practices of these sites. Users should review the policies of any third-party sites they visit.

8. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold AIEASE harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from their use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

AIEASE is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

AIEASE provides the Service on an “as is” basis. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Service.

11. Termination

AIEASE reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in harmful activities.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the People’s Republic of China, except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of its copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, patents, or other intellectual property rights.

14. Subscriptions and Purchases

14.1 Subscription Services

AIEASE offers various subscription plans to meet the needs of different users. Users can choose from different subscription plans to access additional features and services. The specific content, pricing, and duration of each subscription plan will be detailed on the platform.
Service Distribution:
AIEASE‘s distributor Grand Vision Tech Software Limited (Hong Kong) provides:
(a) Regional customer support for Stripe transactions;
(b) Compliance oversight under the Service Distribution Agreement.

14.2 Subscription Fees

Subscription fees will be deducted from the payment method selected by the user. By selecting a subscription plan, the user agrees to pay the subscription fees as specified. Payment methods include but are not limited to credit cards, debit cards, and third-party payment platforms. Users are responsible for ensuring the validity and availability of their chosen payment method.

14.3 Auto-Renewal

Unless the user explicitly cancels the subscription before the end of the subscription period, the subscription will automatically renew. The renewal fee will be automatically deducted from the user’s selected payment method. Users can manage their subscription and auto-renewal options in their account settings.

14.4 Cancellation of Subscription

Users can cancel their subscriptions at any time. After subscription cancellation, the next billing cycle will no longer be charged. Before the subscription expires, user still enjoy all the features of the subscription period.

14.5 Refund Policy

AIEASE’s refund policy is as follows:
No Refunds on Subscriptions: We do not offer refunds for active subscriptions. Cancelling your subscription will stop the renewal process, but it will not grant a refund for the current billing period. Before the subscription expires, user still enjoy all the features of the subscription period. Our free plan allows you to fully experience the main features of the product. Feel free to use it before subscribing.
Manual Refunds: If you believe there was an error in your subscription or purchase, we do offer manual refunds. Please email us at service@aiease.ai with the subject line “Billing,” and include the email address associated with your AIEASE account and a brief explanation of the issue.
We aim to resolve any issues as quickly as possible and will manually process refund requests that meet our criteria.

14.6 Price Changes

AIEASE reserves the right to adjust subscription fees at any time. If there is a change in the subscription fees, AIEASE will notify users in advance. Users can choose to accept the new subscription fees or cancel their subscription. If a user does not cancel the subscription within the notification period, it will be considered acceptance of the new subscription fees.no purchase record found

14.7 Payment Channels

All transactions are processed through:
(a) Stripe/Google Play:

• Bound to Grand Vision Tech Software Limited (Hong Kong entity).
• Complies with Stripe’s Terms and the Hong Kong Payment Systems and Stored Value Facilities Ordinance (Chapter 584).
  (b) App Store :
• Handled by Yile Tech Co., Ltd. (operating entity).
• Governed by platform-specific policies and jurisdictional laws.

By proceeding, you authorize:
(i) The Distributor to process Stripe transactions;
(ii) Yile Tech to manage app store purchases.

14.8 Payment Processing

All transactions are processed through:
(a) Stripe (for subscriptions & Credits): Bound to Grand Vision Tech Software Limited (Hong Kong entity). Complies with Stripe’s Terms and Hong Kong Payment Systems Ordinance (Cap. 584).
(b) App Store/Google Play (for Credits only): Handled by Yile Tech Co., Ltd. (operating entity). Governed by platform policies.
By proceeding, you authorize:
(i) The Distributor to process Stripe transactions;
(ii) Yile Tech to manage app store purchases.

14.9 Credit Purchases

Users may purchase non-refundable credits (“Credits”) to redeem premium services. Credits:
(a) Expire 365 days from the date of purchase;
(b) Cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash;
(c) Are subject to service-specific consumption rules (e.g., 1 Credit = 1 HD image generation).
